Description:
The CKSC type dry core series reactor is an important supporting equipment for reactive power compensation devices in power systems. After being connected in series with dry iron core reactors, power capacitors can effectively suppress high-order harmonics in the power grid, limit closing inrush currents and operating overvoltage, improve the voltage waveform of the system, increase the power factor of the power grid, and play a significant role in the safe operation of power capacitors and other power equipment.
Dry core serial reactor is the important complete device of compensation in power system. It shunts with capacitor banks to inhibit the harmonic current of capacitor and inhibit wave current of capacitor and to ensurre the safety running of capacitor and reduce the impulse of capacitor switch.

Characteristics of Product:
1.CKSC Dry-type iron-core reactor uses the contracture of dry-type air-core. The iron-core uses silicon steel, iron-core columns are made by the number of air gap evenly. Air gap uses epoxy glass cloth board as a filler, to ensure that the gap does not change in the long-running.
2.Dry-Core Reactor has the quality of simple structure, small size, light weight, reasonable layout, easy installation, and is the ideal equipment used in capacitance compensation framework indoors and cabinet device without electromagnetic pollution, without oil pollution, just with good flame retardant.
3. It has the quality of excellent thermal performance, good insulation, high mechanical strength, good dynamic and thermal stability, without cracking occurrence.
4.The tap between core columns and Insulation cylinder is fixed by epoxide-resin glue and is tensioned by Pull screw pole to make the coil and iron-core combined into one, to strengthen insulation strength of the core and coil, which greatly reduced the running noise of the reactor.
5.Coil and core, core and ground are added special insulation components, to ensure the electrical insulation distance.
6.The use of special computer software assisted optimization design, accurate inductance value, and the temperature rise to leave a reasonable margin to ensure that the reactor core temperature less than 75K, coil temperature rise not more than 65K, at the same time to ensure the dry-core reactor1.35 times the rated power frequency current long-term run.
Product Features:
1. The iron core of the CKSC type dry iron core series reactor is made of silicon steel sheets, and the core column is divided into uniform
small sections through multiple air gaps. The air gap is isolated by epoxy cloth plates, and the air gap remains unchanged during long-term operation of the reactor.
2. The end face of the iron core adopts silicon steel sheet end face adhesive, which firmly binds the silicon steel sheets together, greatly reducing noise during operation and having good moisture and dust resistance performance.
3. The coil is epoxy casting type, and epoxy glass grid cloth is laid inside and outside the coil for reinforcement. Class F epoxy casting system is used for casting in vacuum. The coil has not only good insulation performance, but also high mechanical strength, and can withstand large current impact and cold and hot impact without cracking.
4. The epoxy casting coil does not absorb water and has low partial discharge, so it can operate safely under harsh environmental conditions.
5. The upper and lower ends of the coil are equipped with epoxy pads and silicone rubber shock pads, effectively reducing the vibration during coil operation.

Technical Performance Parameters:
1. Dry type reactors have a smaller volume than traditional oil immersed reactors and air core reactors, and are characterized
by light weight, small space occupation, simple structure, and convenient installation.
2. The temperature resistance level reaches F level (155 ºC); During normal operation, the temperature rise of the iron core and
coil of the dry type iron core reactor shall not exceed 90K.
4. The dry iron core reactor can operate for a long time at 1.35 times the rated current.
5. The noise of dry iron core reactors shall not exceed industry standards.
6. The withstand voltage level of dry type iron core reactors shall comply with the provisions of JB5346-1998 "Series Reactors".
When placing an order, the user shall provide the following relevant parameters and technical requirements in writing:
1. Rated voltage of the system;
2. Capacitor capacity;
3. Capacitor terminal voltage;
4. Reactance rate;
5. Incoming and outgoing line methods (double sided outgoing line, single sided outgoing line);
