Purpose:
Dry type iron core series reactors are used in low-voltage reactive power compensation cabinets, connected in series with capacitors.
When there are a large number of harmonic sources such as rectification and converter devices in the low-voltage power grid, the high
order harmonics generated by them will seriously endanger the safe operation of the main transformer and other electrical equipment.
After the reactor is connected in series with the capacitor, it can effectively absorb grid harmonics, improve the voltage waveform of
the system, increase the power factor of the system, and effectively suppress closing inrush current and operating overvoltage, effectively
protecting the capacitor.

Performance indicators and technical parameters:
1. It can be used in power systems of various voltage levels below 1140V.
2. Types of reactance rate: 6%, 7%, 12%, 13%, 14%
3. Rated insulation level 3kV/min.
4. Temperature rise limits for various parts of the reactor: the iron core shall not exceed 85K, and the temperature rise of the coil shall not exceed 95K.
5. The noise of the reactor shall not exceed 45dB.
6. The reactor can operate for a long time under power frequency and harmonic current not exceeding 1.35 times the rated current.
7. Linearity of reactance value: The ratio of reactance value at 1.5 times rated current to reactance value at rated current shall not be less than 0.95.
The difference in reactance values between any two phases of a three-phase reactor shall not exceed ± 3%.

Structural characteristics:

Environmental conditions for use:
1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters.
2. The operating environment temperature is -25 ºC~+45 ºC, and the relative humidity does not exceed 90%.
3. There are no harmful gases or flammable or explosive materials around.
4. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If installed in a cabinet, ventilation equipment should be installed.
